【摘要】：正公證經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)積累了大量的公證檔案材料。公證檔案既具有一般檔案所固有的特征和作用,也因公證制度本身的特殊性而具有不同于一般檔案材料的特殊價值。關(guān)于公證檔案管理的立法主要是《公證檔案管理辦法》,該規(guī)定出臺于20世紀(jì)80年代,具有一定的滯后性,難以滿足公證檔案查詢利用的現(xiàn)實需要。公證檔案無論是對于公證當(dāng)事人、公證機構(gòu)還是社會職能部門尤其是社會管理部門來說,都是一筆寶貴的財富資源。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, notarization has accumulated a large number of notarized archives. Notarial archives not only have the inherent characteristics and functions of the general archives, but also have special value different from the general archival materials because of the particularity of the notarization system itself. The legislation on the management of notarized archives is mainly "measures for the management of notarized archives", which was issued in the 1980s and has a certain lag, so it is difficult to meet the practical needs of the inquiry and utilization of notarized archives. Notarization archives are a valuable wealth resource for notarized parties, notaries or social functional departments, especially social management departments.
