【摘要】：微博庭審直播為社會(huì)受眾獲取司法活動(dòng)信息提供了極大便利,在一定程度上加大了司法公開的力度與幅度。與此同時(shí),微博庭審直播是實(shí)現(xiàn)司法公信力的重要方式,并且保障司法公正得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Weibo trial direct broadcast provides great convenience for the social audience to obtain judicial activity information, and to a certain extent increases the intensity and extent of judicial publicity. At the same time, Weibo trial broadcast is an important way to achieve judicial credibility, and ensure the realization of judicial justice.
