【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展與逐步普及,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺參與公共事務(wù)決策、管理已經(jīng)成為人們民主政治生活的一個重要組成部分;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已然成為社會輿情表達(dá)的全新載體和主要平臺,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的社會震蕩效應(yīng)愈發(fā)明顯。本文將結(jié)合我國司法監(jiān)督的現(xiàn)狀,通過對經(jīng)典案例的分析,探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情在司法過程中所發(fā)揮的監(jiān)督功能,揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的現(xiàn)代民主法治價值,剖析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的發(fā)展走勢和不足,試圖提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)督與司法改革相契合的應(yīng)對對策,進(jìn)而發(fā)掘網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)督在我國民主法治進(jìn)程中的巨大推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of the Internet, management has become an important part of people's democratic political life through the network platform to participate in public affairs decision-making, the Internet has become a new carrier and main platform for the expression of social public opinion. The social shock effect of network public opinion becomes more and more obvious. This article will combine our country judicial supervision present situation, through to the classical case analysis, will explore the network public opinion in the judicial process to play the supervisory function, will reveal the network public opinion modern democracy rule of law value, This paper analyzes the development trend and deficiency of network public opinion, tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures of network public opinion supervision and judicial reform, and then explores the enormous role of network public opinion supervision in the process of democracy and rule of law in our country.
