【摘要】：對于職務(wù)犯罪偵查來說,刑事訴訟法的修改既是一次機(jī)遇也是一次挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,偵查措施、強(qiáng)制措施、辯護(hù)制度、證據(jù)制度、執(zhí)行制度及特殊程序等方面得到完善。另一方面,人權(quán)保障要求進(jìn)一步提高,嚴(yán)格、公正、文明、規(guī)范執(zhí)法要求更加突出,偵查工作面臨偵查觀念、偵查方式、偵查作風(fēng)和偵查能力等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。為適應(yīng)刑事訴訟法修改新要求,應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)職務(wù)犯罪偵查工作全面的戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整,著力從推行法治化理念、協(xié)同化偵查、科技化辦案、科學(xué)化管理和社會(huì)化評價(jià)上下工夫,推動(dòng)職務(wù)犯罪偵查工作新發(fā)展,確保取得新成效。
[Abstract]:For duty crime investigation, the amendment of criminal procedure law is an opportunity as well as a challenge. On the one hand, investigation measures, compulsory measures, defense system, evidence system, execution system and special procedures have been improved. On the other hand, the requirements of human rights protection are further improved, strict, fair, civilized, and standardized law enforcement requirements are more prominent, the investigation is faced with the investigation concept, investigation methods, investigation style and investigative ability and other aspects of the challenges. In order to meet the new requirements of the revision of the criminal procedure law, we should strengthen the comprehensive and strategic adjustment of the investigation of job-related crimes, and focus on the promotion of the concept of rule of law, coordination of investigation, scientific and technological handling of cases, scientific management and socialized evaluation. To promote the new development of duty crime investigation and ensure that new results are achieved.
