【摘要】：在以公正為核心的司法制度日臻完善的同時,司法人員的職業(yè)道德建設也逐漸提上重要位置。職業(yè)化和時代性是檢察職業(yè)道德形成的兩大要素。當前我國檢察職業(yè)道德內涵的職業(yè)特征不明顯,時代性不充分。檢察官是國家和公共利益的維護者,是法律秩序的守護人,是追求客觀公正的司法者。應當從檢察職業(yè)特征出發(fā),重新解讀"忠誠、公正、清廉、文明"八字箴言的基本內涵。根據(jù)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需求,理性應當成為檢察職業(yè)道德的組成部分。
[Abstract]:With the justice as the core of the judicial system, the construction of judicial professional ethics has gradually been put into an important position.Professionalization and times are the two major elements of the formation of procuratorial professional ethics.At present, the professional characteristics of the connotation of procuratorial professional ethics in our country are not obvious, and the times are not sufficient.The prosecutor is the defender of the state and public interest, the guardian of the legal order and the judicial person who pursues the objective justice.Starting from the characteristics of procuratorial profession, we should reinterpret the basic connotation of "loyalty, justice, honesty and civilization".According to the realistic demand of economic and social development, rationality should become the component of procuratorial professional ethics.
