【摘要】：公證處是提供證明法律服務(wù)的社會(huì)組織,目前公證行業(yè)變革正在進(jìn)行中。關(guān)于公證機(jī)構(gòu)的性質(zhì)一直是爭(zhēng)論的焦點(diǎn),處在爭(zhēng)論環(huán)境中的公證機(jī)構(gòu)伴隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展而不斷壯大,原來在公證行業(yè)甚至在整個(gè)法律服務(wù)行業(yè)都不曾有過的擁有幾百人規(guī)模的公證機(jī)構(gòu)在全國(guó)一二線城市不斷涌現(xiàn),這給無論是公證機(jī)構(gòu)、還是公證行業(yè)的管理者們帶來了新的課題,那就是原來依托行政機(jī)關(guān)模式的薪酬分配方式將無法推行。崗位怎么分布,怎樣用薪酬來體現(xiàn)員工價(jià)值,怎樣通過薪酬來激勵(lì)員工以促進(jìn)單位發(fā)展,這些都是需要公證機(jī)構(gòu)管理者們引起重視的的問題。 成都A公證處是我國(guó)公證行業(yè)改革試點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)物,公證處由公證員投資合作設(shè)立,由于機(jī)制靈活,近年來成長(zhǎng)迅速。但因成立時(shí)間短,規(guī)模壯大后行業(yè)又沒有可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),薪酬管理工作存在很多問題。本文以該公證處為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該公證處在薪酬管理方面存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究。 本文對(duì)薪酬管理的理論進(jìn)行了梳理,并通過調(diào)研、深入訪談、問卷調(diào)查等方式,對(duì)該公證處當(dāng)前薪酬管理方面存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的分析研究,同時(shí),本文結(jié)合公證行業(yè)特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用薪酬管理的方法,通過崗位分析、評(píng)估等方法,結(jié)合外部薪酬?duì)顩r,構(gòu)建出科學(xué)合理、符合行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的薪酬體系,以期為公證行業(yè)薪酬管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:The notary office is a social organization that provides certified legal services. At present, the reform of the notary industry is under way. The nature of the notary agency has always been the focus of controversy. With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the notary institutions in the environment of controversy are growing stronger and stronger. In the notary industry or even in the entire legal service industry, notaries of several hundred people have been emerging in the first and second tier cities of the country. This has given notaries, whether they are notaries or notaries, Still, the managers of the notarization industry have brought a new topic, that is, the original salary distribution method relying on the administrative organization model will not be implemented. How to distribute the posts and how to use the salary to reflect the value of the employees, How to encourage employees through salary to promote the development of the unit, these are issues that need to be paid attention to by notary managers. Chengdu A notary office is the product of the pilot reform of notarization industry in China. The notary office was set up by the notary staff in investment and cooperation. Due to the flexible mechanism, it has grown rapidly in recent years. However, because of the short time of establishment and the lack of experience for reference after the scale of the industry has grown, There are many problems in the management of compensation. This paper takes the notary office as the research object and studies the problems existing in the pay management of the notary office. In this paper, the theory of salary management is combed, and through investigation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and other methods, the notary office of the current pay management problems are deeply and meticulously analyzed and studied, at the same time, This paper combines the characteristics of notarization industry, applies the method of salary management, through post analysis, evaluation and other methods, combined with the external pay situation, constructs a scientific and reasonable compensation system, which is in line with the characteristics of the industry. In order to provide a reference for the notarization industry salary management.
