【摘要】：正未成年人司法保護事關國家和民族未來。未成年人檢察是檢察機關不可或缺的重要業(yè)務,是我國未成年人司法的重要組成部分。我國未成年人檢察工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展30多年來,在保障未成年人健康成長、促進社會和諧穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。曹建明檢察長在全國檢察機關未成年人檢察工作30周年座談會上強調(diào)指出,未成年人檢察工作要進一步完善以專業(yè)化建設為基礎,以規(guī)范化建設為保障,以社會化配套體系建設為支撐的
[Abstract]:The judicial protection of minors is related to the future of the country and the nation. The procuratorial work of minors is an indispensable and important business of procuratorial organs and an important component of juvenile justice in our country. For more than 30 years, the procuratorial work of minors in our country has been innovating and developing. He played an important role in safeguarding the healthy growth of minors and promoting social harmony and stability. At a forum on the 30th anniversary of the procuratorial work of procuratorial organs throughout the country, Chief Prosecutor Cao Jianming stressed that. The procuratorial work of minors should be further improved on the basis of specialized construction, on the basis of standardized construction and supported by the construction of socialized supporting system.
