【摘要】：正修改后刑訴法不僅豐富了檢察機關(guān)法律監(jiān)督的內(nèi)容,強化了法律監(jiān)督職權(quán),而且對檢察機關(guān)及檢察工作提出了更高的要求,因此,正確實施修改后刑訴法對檢察工作的健康發(fā)展既是歷史機遇又是新的挑戰(zhàn),尤其是對任務(wù)繁重的基層檢察院來說,如何全面正確有效地貫徹實施修改后刑訴法,是關(guān)系檢察工作全面發(fā)展的重大事項。對此,結(jié)合我院實踐,筆者認為,作為基層檢察院的檢察長應(yīng)當(dāng)具備四種創(chuàng)新思維,才能開創(chuàng)性地帶領(lǐng)檢察干警
[Abstract]:The revised Criminal procedure Law not only enriches the content of legal supervision of procuratorial organs, strengthens the powers and powers of legal supervision, but also puts forward higher requirements for procuratorial organs and procuratorial work. In view of this and the practice of our hospital, the author believes that the Procurator-General, as a grass-roots procuratorate, should have four innovative thinking in order to lead the procuratorial police in a groundbreaking way.
