【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)型社會熱點案件客觀上展示的技術(shù)依賴是新世紀以來的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速發(fā)展及其普遍化應用。社會大眾權(quán)利主張的重心轉(zhuǎn)移在具體熱點案件演繹邏輯中預示著司法回應社會訴求的現(xiàn)實情境趨向。走向公共場域的熱點案件在多維主體識別向度上表征出差異化特質(zhì),同時,也客觀地確證了司法法治生成機理中動力學來源的識別邏輯。
[Abstract]:The technology dependence displayed objectively in the hot spot cases in the transitional society is the rapid development of the Internet and its universal application since the new century. The center of gravity of the social rights claims is shifted in the deductive logic of the specific hot spot cases, which indicates the judicature. The trend of reality situation in response to social demands. The hot cases going to the public field represent the differentiation in the dimension of multi-dimensional subject identification. At the same time, the identification logic of the dynamic source in the mechanism of judicial rule of law is confirmed objectively.
