摘要：

黨的十八大以來，中央紀(jì)委對(duì)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作提出了“轉(zhuǎn)職能、轉(zhuǎn)方式、轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)”的要求，作為紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察系統(tǒng)神經(jīng)末梢的公立醫(yī)院紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察部門，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)和推進(jìn)“三轉(zhuǎn)”，，聚焦主責(zé)主業(yè)，把紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩挺起來立起來，則是需要我們思考與研究的課題。該文從“三轉(zhuǎn)”的意義、內(nèi)涵和現(xiàn)存的問題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行探討，希望能對(duì)公立醫(yī)院紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察部門深化“三轉(zhuǎn)”、促進(jìn)黨風(fēng)院風(fēng)和行業(yè)作風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)變有所裨益。

Abstract： 

After the 18th meeting of China Communist Party, it's essential for?Discipline Inspection Departments to make effective promotions of function, method and style transformations. As the end level of Discipline Inspection System, the dis-cipline inspection department of public hospital must think about how to implement the strategy from central government to promote the "Three Transformations" progress. This article addresses the meaning, the intention and the current situation of“Three Transformation”. We hope our investigation can be of some help to the revolution of “Three Transformation”in pub-lic hospital.
