　　法律英語通常嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)古板、晦澀難懂。正因?yàn)槿绱�，法律英語長(zhǎng)期備受批評(píng)。于是，無論從政府到民間，還是從法律工作者到一般公眾，長(zhǎng)期以來都存在應(yīng)該使法律語言“簡(jiǎn)明化”的呼聲，甚至在世界范圍內(nèi)掀起了一場(chǎng)影響廣泛的“簡(jiǎn)明英語運(yùn)動(dòng)”。而事實(shí)上，由于此類事件的推動(dòng)，盡管法律語言難以像日常語言那樣簡(jiǎn)單易懂，但是，在簡(jiǎn)明化方面確實(shí)已經(jīng)取得了一定成果。同時(shí)，法律語言在很多方面也得到了一定改進(jìn)并在一定程度上變得簡(jiǎn)明易懂。 法律語言學(xué)還是一門新興學(xué)科。盡管截止目前也出現(xiàn)了一些有關(guān)“法律語言簡(jiǎn)明化”方面的研究探討，但是大多比較寬泛籠統(tǒng)。毫無疑問，在這方面還有很多研究值得去做，前景廣闊。本篇論文從“法律語言的修辭”這一角度入手，分析闡述了“法律英語簡(jiǎn)明化”這一趨勢(shì)，并巧妙地將兩者結(jié)合起來分析解讀。本文作者期望籍此能為此領(lǐng)域的研究盡一份綿薄之力。 本篇論文共分四章，從“法律修辭”的角度，試圖多方面對(duì)“法律英語簡(jiǎn)明化”進(jìn)行剖析解讀，以闡明其合理性，并運(yùn)用實(shí)例證明了這一趨勢(shì)確實(shí)存在并影響著現(xiàn)代法律英語。 第一章，論文的導(dǎo)入部分，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本篇論文所要探討的幾個(gè)問題，包括法律英語的特點(diǎn)；簡(jiǎn)明法律英語；法律英...
