法庭應(yīng)答語信息過量的語用研究

本文從語用學(xué)角度研究中國法庭應(yīng)答語中信息過量現(xiàn)象,試圖解釋這一現(xiàn)象的順應(yīng)特征。我們把信息過量的法庭應(yīng)答理解為在法庭問答過程中應(yīng)答者除了提供發(fā)問者所期望的、必要的信息外還提供過量信息的動態(tài)過程。 本文援用Verschueren的順應(yīng)理論并在分析真實法庭語料的基礎(chǔ)上提出了分析法庭應(yīng)答中信息過量的理論框架。作者認(rèn)為,信息過量的法庭應(yīng)答是應(yīng)答者為了實現(xiàn)其交際目的而對各種語境因素做出順應(yīng)性選擇的動態(tài)過程,主要涉及始發(fā)語、交際目的和語境變量(包括物理世界,社交世界和心理世界)。 信息過量的法庭應(yīng)答語具有變異性,主要表現(xiàn)在命題內(nèi)容、話語特征以及信息量三個方面。同時,應(yīng)答者在回答時提供過量的信息不是機(jī)械的、固定不變的,而是各種語境變量相互作用的結(jié)果,因而具有可商討性。在法庭情境下,社交世界和心理世界對應(yīng)答者的語言選擇影響最大。在研究應(yīng)答者對社交世界的順應(yīng)時,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)答者與提問者之間的權(quán)勢關(guān)系和同等關(guān)系對應(yīng)答者的語言選擇影響極大。另外,我們探討了信息過量的法庭應(yīng)答語是如何順應(yīng)應(yīng)答者的心理世界以及聽話人的心理世界,后者在前人的研究中常常被忽視。
