【摘要】：中共十八屆四中全會首次以"依法治國"為主題,明確指出,全面建成小康社會、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢,必須全面推進依法治國。同時,具體確立了全面推進依法治國的總體目標及其基本原則。這不僅充分表明了我黨全面推進依法治國的堅定態(tài)度,而且也鮮明展示了我黨建設法治政府、建設法治社會以及實現(xiàn)"法治中國夢"的強大自信。而要真正能夠從理論上助推依法治國的順利實施與實現(xiàn),有必要對依法治國基本方略的歷史演進、相關多重關系的處理、實現(xiàn)條件、內(nèi)在訴求、現(xiàn)實困境及實施路徑等方面進行多維度的剖析與探討。
[Abstract]:For the first time, with the theme of "ruling the country according to law" at the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, it was clearly pointed out that Chinese Dream, who built a well-off society in an all-round way and realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, must comprehensively promote the rule of law. At the same time, the overall goal and basic principles of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way have been specifically established. This not only fully shows our party's firm attitude of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, but also clearly shows our party's strong confidence in building a government ruled by law, building a society ruled by law and realizing "Chinese Dream ruled by law". In order to promote the smooth implementation and realization of ruling the country according to law in theory, it is necessary to analyze and discuss the historical evolution of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, the treatment of the relevant multiple relations, the conditions for realization, the internal demands, the realistic predicament and the implementation path.
