【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)的蓬勃興起,給人們生活帶來極大便利的同時(shí),也在其經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過程中暴露出大量的問題。為更好地保護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益,法律要對(duì)其進(jìn)行管制,網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)也應(yīng)發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。澳大利亞的《團(tuán)購(gòu)行為準(zhǔn)則》為我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)行業(yè)的規(guī)范提供了一個(gè)可以借鑒的視角。
[Abstract]:The vigorous rise of online group buying not only brings great convenience to people's life, but also exposes a lot of problems in the process of its operation and management. In order to better protect the rights and interests of consumers, the law should regulate them, and the online group buying industry association should also play its due role. Australia's Code of Conduct for Group buying provides a reference perspective for the norms of online group buying industry in China.
