【摘要】：針對法學(xué)來稿中存在的語言問題,分析了法學(xué)論文語言的嚴肅性、準確性、規(guī)范性及語言用詞的豐富性;辨析了法學(xué)論文大量使用長句的語用特征;以編校為視角,對濫用文言文,同義詞辨析,法律術(shù)語的規(guī)范使用,多種句式的正確運用等幾方面的問題提出校對策略及方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the language problems existing in the legal contributions, this paper analyzes the seriousness, accuracy, standardization and richness of the language used in the legal papers, discriminates the pragmatic characteristics of the extensive use of long sentences in the legal papers, and analyzes the pragmatic characteristics of the long sentences used in the legal papers in large numbers. From the angle of editing and proofreading, this paper puts forward some proofreading strategies and methods for the abuse of classical Chinese, the discrimination of synonyms, the standardized use of legal terms, the correct use of various sentence patterns, and so on.
