【摘要】：中國特色社會主義法治理念是中國共產(chǎn)黨在社會主義法治建設(shè)實踐中,經(jīng)過不斷實踐、探索和凝練而逐漸確立和發(fā)展起來的。深入研究中國特色社會主義法治理念的理論淵源、歷史脈絡(luò),分析其內(nèi)涵及邏輯關(guān)系、特征與價值,積極探討具有中國特色的社會主義法治理念的培育問題,具有重要學術(shù)價值及實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The concept of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has been gradually established and developed by the Communist Party of China (CPC) through continuous practice, exploration and conciseness in the construction of socialist rule of law. In-depth study of the theoretical origin, historical context of the concept of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, analysis of its connotation and logical relationship, characteristics and values, actively explore the cultivation of the concept of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. It has important academic value and practical significance.
