【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,我們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部并不缺乏"情為民所系"的情商,也不缺乏"利為民所謀"的智商,唯獨缺乏的是"權(quán)為民所用"的法商,缺乏的是法治思維,不善于運用法治方式解決實際問題,無法適應(yīng)國家治理和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需要,而法治社會的實現(xiàn)有賴于法治思維的形成。所
[Abstract]:Right now, our leading cadres do not lack the emotional quotient of "feeling for the people," nor the intelligence quotient of "benefiting the people," but what they lack is the law merchants who use power for the people, and the thinking of the rule of law. Not good at using the rule of law to solve practical problems, can not adapt to the needs of national governance and economic and social development, and the realization of the rule of law society depends on the formation of the rule of law thinking.
