【摘要】：信息時(shí)代里,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展影響著我們的生活。以其自由、開(kāi)放、民主的特性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)在給人們帶來(lái)巨大便利,促進(jìn)科技、社會(huì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),因道德約束乏力、相應(yīng)法律制度缺位滯后等原因,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中也充斥著色情、暴力、侵權(quán)甚至犯罪等非理性行為。這些非理性行為嚴(yán)重危害著社會(huì)公共秩序,給當(dāng)事人造成了很大的傷害。作為現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的投射,網(wǎng)絡(luò)非理性行為會(huì)直接影響社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定、有序、和諧發(fā)展。為使網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠健康發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮其民主、自由的特性,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為進(jìn)行規(guī)制是十分必要的。本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的特點(diǎn)入手,針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)非理性行為的表現(xiàn)形式,尋求其形成的深層原因,希望以培育公民文化為基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)行業(yè)自律機(jī)制與道德約束,完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī),從而形成一套較為合理、實(shí)用地網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為規(guī)制機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the rapid development of network technology affects our life. Because of its characteristics of freedom, openness and democracy, the Internet has brought great convenience to people, promoted science and technology, and developed society. At the same time, due to the lack of moral constraints and the lag of the corresponding legal system, the network is also full of pornography and violence. Irrational acts such as infringement and even crime. These irrational actions seriously harm the public order and cause great harm to the parties. As the projection of the real society, the irrational behavior of the network will directly affect the social stability, orderly and harmonious development. In order to make the network develop healthily and give full play to its characteristic of democracy and freedom, it is necessary to regulate the network behavior. This article starts with the characteristics of network behavior, in view of the manifestation form of network irrational behavior, seeks for the deep reason of its formation, hopes to strengthen the self-discipline mechanism and moral restriction of industry, consummate the related laws and regulations, based on the cultivation of citizen culture. Thus forms a set of reasonable, practical network behavior regulation mechanism.
