【摘要】：美國擁有世界上最強大的音樂產(chǎn)業(yè),也有極為嚴格且周密細致的著作權(quán)管理法律、制度安排和多樣化的組織形式。其中,以ASCAP和BMI為代表的音樂著作權(quán)集體管理組織發(fā)揮重要作用,其運作模式對我國健全著作權(quán)管理組織有著很好的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The United States has the most powerful music industry in the world, as well as strict and meticulous copyright management laws, institutional arrangements and diversified forms of organization. Among them, the collective management organization of music copyright, represented by ASCAP and BMI, plays an important role.
