【摘要】： 陳顧遠(yuǎn)先生是中國著名法學(xué)家,其中華法系研究是其學(xué)術(shù)成果的重要組成部分。陳顧遠(yuǎn)先生法律貢獻(xiàn)主要是從中華法系理性的認(rèn)識、中華法系歷史性審定、大中華法制史視野的開創(chuàng)、中華法制開創(chuàng)性研究幾個方面進(jìn)行闡釋。其中陳先生對于中華法系的態(tài)度、研究方法、價值評估以及總結(jié)出的中華法系的特質(zhì)等方面,更是具有極為重要的學(xué)術(shù)價值。
[Abstract]:Mr. Chen Guyuan is a famous jurist in China and his Chinese legal system is an important part of his academic achievements. Mr. Chen Guyuan's legal contributions are mainly explained from the rational understanding of Chinese legal system, the historical examination and approval of Chinese legal system, the creation of the vision of the legal history of Greater China, and the pioneering study of Chinese legal system. Among them, Mr. Chen's attitude towards the Chinese legal system, research methods, value evaluation and the characteristics of the Chinese legal system are of great academic value.
