【摘要】：社會(huì)治理法治化是社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,道德建設(shè)有助于增強(qiáng)法治的道德底蘊(yùn)�，F(xiàn)代化的社會(huì)治理要實(shí)現(xiàn)源頭治理,實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)本兼治、重在治本的目標(biāo),必須從導(dǎo)致各種社會(huì)問(wèn)題的根源著手。社會(huì)問(wèn)題的根源都有某種程度的道德因素,道德分析揭示了源頭治理與道德機(jī)制之間的必然聯(lián)系。源頭治理促進(jìn)了道德機(jī)制的建設(shè),道德機(jī)制建設(shè)保障了源頭治理的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The legalization of social governance is an important part of the construction of socialist rule of law, and moral construction is helpful to strengthen the moral connotation of the rule of law. Modern social governance must start from the root causes of various social problems in order to realize the source management, achieve both the root causes and the root causes. There are some moral factors in the root of social problems, and moral analysis reveals the inevitable relationship between source governance and moral mechanism. Source governance promotes the construction of moral mechanism, and the construction of moral mechanism guarantees the realization of source governance.
