【摘要】： 政治文明是人類文明的重要組成部分,是人類政治智慧的結(jié)晶。法治是現(xiàn)代政治文明的核心,如何建設(shè)社會(huì)主義政治文明,是我們所面臨的一項(xiàng)重要而艱巨的任務(wù)。江澤民同志指出,法治屬于政治建設(shè)的范疇,屬于政治文明。在全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的新的歷史時(shí)期,加強(qiáng)依法治國(guó),建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家,既是社會(huì)主義政治文明的重要內(nèi)容和標(biāo)志,也是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義政治文明的重要保證和必由之路。因此,從法治角度來(lái)研究和探索政治文明的建設(shè)有著非同尋常的意義。 本文在對(duì)政治文明和法治的涵義進(jìn)行詳盡分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了政治文明與法治的關(guān)系,詳細(xì)闡述了我國(guó)政治文明進(jìn)程中法治建設(shè)方面存在的問(wèn)題及其原因分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上就如何進(jìn)行我國(guó)政治文明建設(shè)框架下的法治建設(shè)提出了自己的相應(yīng)建議。 論文共分三個(gè)部分。第一部分闡述了政治文明與法治的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵及其關(guān)系,論證了法治在我國(guó)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)中的地位和作用;第二部分分別從社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)層面和法律制度建設(shè)層面論述了我國(guó)政治文明建設(shè)中的法治建設(shè)所存在的問(wèn)題,并從文化因素、政治因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素分析了以上問(wèn)題存在的原因;第三部分分別從政治意識(shí)文明、政治行為文明、政治制度文明、政治主體文明建設(shè)的角度出發(fā),就法治建設(shè)要求探討了如何推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)的具體途徑。
[Abstract]:Political civilization is an important part of human civilization and the crystallization of human political wisdom. The rule of law is the core of modern political civilization. How to build socialist political civilization is an important and arduous task we are facing. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out that the rule of law belongs to the category of political construction and belongs to political civilization. In the new historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, strengthening the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law is not only an important content and symbol of socialist political civilization, but also an important guarantee and the only way to build a socialist political civilization. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and explore the construction of political civilization from the perspective of rule of law. Based on the detailed analysis of the meaning of political civilization and the rule of law, this paper demonstrates the relationship between political civilization and rule by law, and expounds in detail the problems existing in the construction of the rule of law in the process of political civilization in China and its causes. On this basis, the author puts forward his own suggestions on how to construct the rule of law under the framework of political civilization construction in China. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the scientific connotation and relationship between political civilization and rule of law, and demonstrates the position and function of rule of law in the construction of socialist political civilization in China. The second part discusses the problems existing in the construction of political civilization from the aspects of social ideology and legal system construction, and analyzes the reasons of the above problems from the aspects of culture, politics and economy. In the third part, from the point of view of political consciousness civilization, political behavior civilization, political system civilization and political subject civilization, the author discusses how to promote the construction of socialist political civilization according to the requirements of the construction of rule of law.
