工程教材《法理學(xué)》的若干不足

【摘要】:正人民出版社、高等教育出版社2010年2月出版的《法理學(xué)》(馬克思主義理論研究和建設(shè)工程重點(diǎn)教材)一書(shū)力圖以馬克思主義法理學(xué)的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)、方法展示中國(guó)法理學(xué)的現(xiàn)有水平,取得了較好效果。但作為法理學(xué)的教學(xué)工作者,筆者認(rèn)為該教材在法的特征、法的本質(zhì)方面的表述尚存在下
[Abstract]:"Jurisprudence" (key textbook for Marxist theoretical Research and Construction Engineering), published in February 2010 by the people's Publishing House and the higher Education Publishing House, tries to take the standpoint of Marxist jurisprudence, Methods the present level of Chinese jurisprudence has been demonstrated and good results have been obtained. However, as a teaching worker of jurisprudence, the author thinks that the teaching material still exists in terms of the characteristics of law and the essence of law.
