【摘要】：不同國家的經(jīng)濟、政治、社會、文化條件以及歷史傳統(tǒng),必然形成迥然相異的法治發(fā)展道路。當(dāng)代中國法治發(fā)展道路,就是中國特色社會主義法治道路。這是中國共產(chǎn)黨人在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民建設(shè)中國特色社會主義法治的艱辛探索過程中逐漸形成和發(fā)展起來的、符合中國國情實際的法治發(fā)展之路,具有鮮明的時代特征,蘊涵著深刻的內(nèi)在邏輯。它集中地體現(xiàn)為黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與依法治國的有機統(tǒng)一、強化政府推動與保持社會活力的有機統(tǒng)一、法治發(fā)展的變革性與連續(xù)性的有機統(tǒng)一、借鑒國際法治經(jīng)驗與立足本國法治國情的有機統(tǒng)一。在當(dāng)代中國,科學(xué)把握中國法治發(fā)展的運動方向,堅定地走出一條符合中國國情條件的中國特色社會主義法治道路,是全面推進依法治國、加快建設(shè)法治中國的必然要求。
[Abstract]:The economic, political, social, cultural conditions and historical traditions of different countries will inevitably form a completely different way of development of the rule of law. The road of development of the rule of law in contemporary China is the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. This is the road to the development of the rule of law, which is gradually formed and developed by the Chinese Communists during the arduous exploration of leading the people to build the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. It is a road to the development of the rule of law that conforms to the reality of China's national conditions and has distinctive characteristics of the times. It contains profound internal logic. It is embodied in the organic unity of the leadership of the Party and the rule of law, the organic unity of the government to promote and maintain the social vitality, and the organic unity of the reform and continuity of the development of the rule of law. Draw lessons from the experience of international rule of law and based on the organic unity of national conditions of the rule of law. In contemporary China, it is necessary to scientifically grasp the direction of the development of the rule of law in China and firmly follow the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, which accords with the conditions of China's national conditions. It is necessary to advance the rule of law in an all-round way and speed up the construction of a country ruled by law.
