【摘要】：在我國,實踐性法學(xué)教育剛剛起步,是現(xiàn)行法學(xué)教育的補(bǔ)充與發(fā)展,其從應(yīng)用型專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的角度出發(fā),有機(jī)地將理論培養(yǎng)和職業(yè)訓(xùn)練相融合,實現(xiàn)了法學(xué)教育的新創(chuàng)舉。研究表明,實踐性法學(xué)教育的實施要注重實踐性教學(xué)模式的選擇與設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)性教學(xué)和研究性教學(xué)的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:In our country, the practical law education has just started, which is the supplement and development of the current law education. From the angle of cultivating applied professional talents, it organically integrates the theory training with the vocational training, and realizes the new pioneering work of the law education. The research shows that the implementation of practical law education should pay attention to the choice and design of practical teaching mode and realize the combination of objective teaching and research teaching.
