【摘要】：環(huán)境信息公開是保障社會(huì)公眾參與環(huán)境保護(hù),解決環(huán)境問題的重要手段。英國(guó)的環(huán)境信息公開法律內(nèi)容清晰、完整,所建立起的環(huán)境信息公開制度完善,操作性強(qiáng),能夠充分保障公眾的環(huán)境知情權(quán)。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行有關(guān)環(huán)境信息公開的法律存在較多限制,并且缺乏有效的救濟(jì)機(jī)制,無法真正實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境信息公開,應(yīng)當(dāng)借鑒英國(guó)的相關(guān)法律制度進(jìn)行新的立法。
[Abstract]:Environmental information disclosure is an important means to ensure public participation in environmental protection and solve environmental problems. The contents of the environmental information disclosure laws in Britain are clear and complete, and the environmental information disclosure system established is perfect and operable, which can fully protect the public's right to know about the environment. There are many limitations in the current laws on environmental information disclosure in our country, and there is no effective relief mechanism to realize the disclosure of environmental information. Therefore, we should draw lessons from the relevant legal system of Britain to make new legislation.
