【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)人肉搜索是一種人際關(guān)系行為,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和現(xiàn)實(shí)既有積極作用,也有負(fù)面影響,并且關(guān)乎個(gè)人隱私權(quán)的法律保護(hù)問題。因此,必須做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)人肉搜索的法律規(guī)范。具體的對(duì)策至少包括:分清言論自由和侵犯隱私權(quán)的界限,加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)隱私立法保護(hù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體對(duì)隱私權(quán)的自我保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Internet human flesh search is a kind of interpersonal behavior, which has both positive and negative effects on the network and reality, and is related to the legal protection of personal privacy. Therefore, must do well the network human flesh search the legal norm. The specific countermeasures include at least: distinguishing the limits of freedom of speech and infringement of privacy, strengthening and standardizing the network management, strengthening the legislative protection of network privacy and the self-protection of the privacy of the network subject.
