法學(xué)院周佑勇院長(zhǎng)率團(tuán)赴臺(tái)參加“兩岸高校法律教育暨法律制度之比較”學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)

【摘要】：正本刊訊應(yīng)臺(tái)灣許文彬律師和亞洲大學(xué)財(cái)經(jīng)法律系邀請(qǐng),受江蘇省海峽兩岸關(guān)系研究會(huì)委托,由東南大學(xué)法學(xué)院周佑勇院長(zhǎng)帶隊(duì),孟紅教授、張蓉副教授,以及江蘇省人民檢察院、省社科院、蘇州大學(xué)等單位法律學(xué)者一行8人于2013年1月14日-21日赴臺(tái)參加"兩岸高校法律教育暨法律制度之比較"學(xué)術(shù)參訪活動(dòng)。在臺(tái)期間,江蘇省法律界代表團(tuán)與臺(tái)灣亞洲大學(xué)、臺(tái)灣政治大學(xué)、銘傳大學(xué)的學(xué)者,嘉義地區(qū)檢察署檢察官以及法官、律師就高校法律教育和兩岸法律制度進(jìn)行廣泛交流。
[Abstract]:At the invitation of Taiwan's lawyer Xu Wenbin and the Department of Finance and Law of Asian University, commissioned by the Jiangsu Provincial Society for Research on Cross-Strait Relations, Zhou Youyong, Dean of Southeast University School of Law, Professor Meng Hong, Associate Professor Zhang Rong, And eight legal scholars from Jiangsu Provincial people's Procuratorate, Provincial Academy of Social Sciences and Suzhou University went to Taiwan from January 14 to 21, 2013 to participate in an academic visit to "the comparison of legal Education and legal system between mainland and Taiwan's Colleges and Universities." During their stay in Taiwan, the Jiangsu legal delegation had extensive exchanges with scholars from Taiwan Asian University, Taiwan political University, Ming Chuan University, procurators and judges of Jiayi District Public Prosecutor's Office, and lawyers on legal education in universities and cross-strait legal systems.
