【摘要】：圖書館是收集、保存和傳遞人類知識與文化的重要場所,尤其是公共圖書館系統(tǒng)的設(shè)立和運行,為促進國民知識共享、提高國民素質(zhì)和實現(xiàn)終生教育提供基本保障。但是公共圖書館的設(shè)立與運行離不開法律的規(guī)制。美國圖書館的法律體系和政策框架對于圖書館建設(shè)和運行具有重大影響。認識法律在圖書館事業(yè)的作用,可以幫助公共圖書館更好地完善其政策、應(yīng)對潛在的法律問題并減少其法律責任風險。
[Abstract]:Library is an important place to collect, preserve and transmit human knowledge and culture, especially the establishment and operation of public library system, which provides the basic guarantee for promoting national knowledge sharing, improving national quality and realizing lifelong education. However, the establishment and operation of public libraries can not be separated from the regulation of law. The legal system and policy framework of American libraries have great influence on the construction and operation of libraries. Understanding the role of law in library can help public libraries to perfect their policies, deal with potential legal problems and reduce the risk of legal liability.
