【摘要】：依法治國方略的發(fā)展過程是中國特色社會主義法治建設(shè)事業(yè)不斷推進(jìn)和國家治理理念不斷現(xiàn)代化的過程。基于法治的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)回顧近代中國引進(jìn)法治之艱難,反思依法治國與西方法治之區(qū)別,重點(diǎn)梳理新中國成立以來依法治國的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,從而對于依法治國作為治國方略進(jìn)行追本溯源地探討,對于法治的價(jià)值、內(nèi)涵、歷史沿革問題進(jìn)行綜述與分析。
[Abstract]:The development process of the general plan of ruling the country according to law is the process of continuously advancing the cause of building the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and modernizing the concept of national governance. Based on the historical development of the rule of law, this paper reviews the difficulties of introducing the rule of law in modern China, reflects on the difference between the rule of law by law and the rule by law in the west, and emphatically combs the development process of governing the country by law since the founding of Therefore, the author makes a retrospect discussion on the rule of law as a strategy of governing the country, and summarizes and analyzes the value, connotation and historical evolution of the rule of law.
