【摘要】： 人質(zhì)是兩周時(shí)期為解決雙邊關(guān)系一方取信對(duì)方所出的質(zhì)押物,是諸侯國之間交往乃至諸侯國內(nèi)部一個(gè)較為特殊的群體。送交人質(zhì)在春秋時(shí)期非常活躍,人質(zhì)有著多重身份扮演著多重角色,既可以作為兩國友好互信的“使節(jié)”,也可以成為一國取信他國的抵押品,還可以成為大國要挾小國的工具等。時(shí)至戰(zhàn)國,送交人質(zhì)在解決國家間矛盾沖突中時(shí)代也賦予了它新的特點(diǎn)。大國扣留人質(zhì)以索取疆土非常普遍,策士利用人質(zhì)為工具在諸侯間縱橫捭闔,同時(shí),隨著人質(zhì)制度的成熟還出現(xiàn)了專門扣押人質(zhì)的機(jī)構(gòu)。 送交人質(zhì)是兩周時(shí)期處理國與國之間關(guān)系乃至后世封建社會(huì)處理民族間關(guān)系較為常用的外交方式�？疾爝@一問題背后的復(fù)雜情況,弄清楚它在相對(duì)歷史時(shí)期的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和由它帶來的深遠(yuǎn)影響,對(duì)于了解和掌握春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期的變化有很大的幫助,對(duì)此問題的研究可以加深對(duì)中國古代外交禮儀、政治制度方面的研究,同時(shí)對(duì)后世處理國與國之間關(guān)系的研究也有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The hostage is the pledge of the other side to solve the bilateral relations in the two week period. It is a special group in the intercourse between the states of the States and even the domestic parts of the princes. The hostages are very active in the spring and Autumn period. The hostages have multiple roles in their multiple identities, which can be used as "ambassadors" to both friendly and mutual trust between the two countries. For a country to believe in the collateral of his country, it can also be a tool for a big country to threaten a small country. Mature institutions that specializes in the seizure of hostages have also emerged.
The delivery of hostages is a diplomatic way of dealing with the relations between countries and nations in the two week period, and even after the feudal society of the later generations to deal with ethnic relations. Great help, the study of this question can deepen the study of the ancient Chinese diplomatic etiquette and political system, and also have important significance to the study of the relations between countries and countries in later generations.
