【摘要】：配套立法是我國法制體系中的一大特色。它對(duì)于形成中國特色的法律體系,保障法律的有效實(shí)施,發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。但與此同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)了許多問題,亟待解決。實(shí)踐中,配套立法完成率普遍偏低,配套立法主體、時(shí)間等方面存在諸多問題,影響到了法律的權(quán)威、法律體系的和諧以及法律的正常實(shí)施,必須予以重視和解決。
[Abstract]:Supporting legislation is a major feature of our legal system. It plays an important role in forming the legal system with Chinese characteristics and ensuring the effective implementation of the law. However, at the same time, there are many problems that need to be solved. In practice, the completion rate of supporting legislation is on the low side, and there are many problems in such aspects as the main body and time of supporting legislation, which affect the authority of the law, the harmony of the legal system and the normal implementation of the law, which must be paid attention to and solved.
