【摘要】：正龍泉地處青山綠水之間,有處州十縣好龍泉之譽。在1912——1927年間,中國各級地方審判機構(gòu)的設(shè)置關(guān)系復雜、變化多端。厘清這一時期浙江省龍泉縣審判機構(gòu)的變化,是準確解讀龍泉司法檔案的基本前提。本文結(jié)合龍泉司法檔案與民國時期的浙江公報、司法例規(guī)等文獻,對這一時期龍泉縣審判機構(gòu)的變遷作一簡單的梳理。一、1912年的執(zhí)法科1911年10月,辛亥革命爆發(fā),封建帝制在中國走向終結(jié)。同年11月,浙江省宣布獨立,成立軍政府,推
[Abstract]:Longquan is located between green mountains and rivers, there are 10 counties in the state of good Longquan reputation. Between 1912 and 1927, the establishment of local judicial institutions at all levels in China was complicated and varied. To clarify the changes of judicial institutions in Longquan County of Zhejiang Province during this period is the basic premise to accurately interpret the judicial archives of Longquan County. This paper combines the judicial archives of Longquan with Zhejiang Gazette of the Republic of China, judicial rules and other documents, and makes a simple combing of the changes of the judicial institutions in Longquan County during this period. In October 1911, the Revolution broke out and the feudal monarchy came to an end in China.
