【摘要】：大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)法律教育是在傳授基本法律知識的基礎上,幫助大學生樹立起創(chuàng)業(yè)法律思想,具備較高的創(chuàng)業(yè)法律知識和健康的創(chuàng)業(yè)價值觀,進而塑造大學生理性的創(chuàng)業(yè)法律意識。當前,法律教育成為大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的短板,大學生對法律在創(chuàng)業(yè)中的作用認識不足。加強大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)法律教育,應以創(chuàng)業(yè)課程為基礎,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)法律知識教育;以創(chuàng)業(yè)活動為載體,提高學生創(chuàng)業(yè)的法律意識;以創(chuàng)業(yè)項目為紐帶,完善學生創(chuàng)業(yè)的法律實踐。
[Abstract]:On the basis of imparting basic legal knowledge, college students' entrepreneurship law education is to help college students to set up the legal thought of entrepreneurship, have a higher legal knowledge of entrepreneurship and healthy values of entrepreneurship, and then shape the rational legal consciousness of entrepreneurship of college students. At present, legal education has become a short board in entrepreneurship education of college students, and college students have insufficient understanding of the role of law in entrepreneurship. To strengthen the legal education of entrepreneurship of college students, we should take the course of entrepreneurship as the foundation, perfect the education of legal knowledge of entrepreneurship, take entrepreneurial activities as the carrier, improve students' legal consciousness of starting a business, and perfect the legal practice of students' entrepreneurship by taking entrepreneurial projects as the link.
