【摘要】：在美國,司法社會工作作為社會工作的重要組成部分有著悠久的發(fā)展歷史,并隨著社會環(huán)境和司法體制的變遷而經(jīng)歷了不同的發(fā)展階段。本文比較系統(tǒng)地闡述了美國司法社會工作的發(fā)展歷史、特點、服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,以及社會工作者在司法領(lǐng)域中為提高社會福祉、追求社會公平而發(fā)揮的重要作用。美國經(jīng)驗可以為我國司法社會工作在制度建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域拓展等方面的縱深發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the United States, judicial social work as an important part of social work has a long history of development, and has experienced different stages of development with the changes of social environment and judicial system. This paper systematically expounds the development history, characteristics, service field of American judicial social work, and the important role that social workers play in the judicial field in order to improve social welfare and pursue social equity. The American experience can be used for reference in the system construction, personnel training and service development in China's judicial and social work.
