【摘要】：西南各少數(shù)民族由于生存發(fā)展的需要,在與豐富多樣的生態(tài)環(huán)境進行非遍歷性博弈或融突和合中形成并積淀了大量深厚的對生態(tài)環(huán)境進行保護的環(huán)境習慣法,其為護佑西南民族地區(qū)的綠水青山與和諧生態(tài)環(huán)境長期發(fā)揮著重要的基礎作用,是一種良好的本土資源。即便在"宏大敘事"的國家制定法占據(jù)著統(tǒng)治地位的今天,繁復多樣的少數(shù)民族環(huán)境習慣對從"國家法"外調動有益民間法資源共同促進生態(tài)文明的建設更有著不可替代的"主體性"和"行為性"價值。
[Abstract]:Because of the needs of survival and development, the minority nationalities in the southwest have formed and accumulated a large number of deep and profound environmental habits to protect the ecological environment in the non ergodicity game with the rich and diverse ecological environment, and accumulated a lot of deep ecological environment protection. It plays an important basis for protecting the green mountains and harmonious ecological environment in the southwest ethnic areas. It is a kind of good local resources. Even today, the national law of "grand narrative" occupies a dominant position, the complex and diverse ethnic minority environmental habits have an irreplaceable "subjectivity" and "behavioural" value to mobilize beneficial folk law resources from the "national law" to promote the construction of ecological civilization.
