【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會對全面推進依法治國作出戰(zhàn)略部署,開啟了我國法治建設的新時代,得到全黨全國人民廣泛贊譽和一致擁護,國外大多數輿論也給予積極評價。但是,也有少數西方媒體潑冷水,說什么由中國共產黨來領導法治建設"是自相矛盾的"。國內也有個別人提出詰問,引起"黨大還是法大"是真命題還是偽命題的爭論。習近平總書記在省部級主要領導干部學習貫徹十八屆四中全會精神全面推進依法治國專題研討班開班式上
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made a strategic plan for comprehensively promoting the rule of law, opened a new era of building the rule of law in our country, and won wide acclaim and unanimous support from the whole party and the whole country, and most foreign public opinion also gave positive comments. But a handful of Western media have poured cold water, saying that it is "paradoxical" for the Communist Party of China to lead the rule of law. There are also some people in the country who ask questions, which leads to the debate about whether the Party University or the Law University is a true proposition or a false proposition. General Secretary of Xi Jinping at the provincial and ministerial level leading cadres to study and implement the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the rule of law special seminar on the opening ceremony
