【摘要】：本文由"禮法"一詞在古代經(jīng)籍和史乘中的基本用法入手,進(jìn)而對(duì)古代禮、法觀念的淵源和流變,尤其是二者關(guān)系的演變,.予以系統(tǒng)的梳理和說明,借以展示古代中國人的秩序觀、法律觀,以及傳統(tǒng)的秩序觀和法律觀在近代經(jīng)歷的挑戰(zhàn)和變遷。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the basic usage of the word " gift method " in ancient classics and history , and then analyzes the origin and rheology of ancient ceremony and law concept , especially the evolution of the relationship between them . To systematize and explain the system , to display the order view of ancient Chinese , the view of law , and the challenge and change of traditional order and law view in modern times .
