【摘要】：法律翻譯本身具有國(guó)家實(shí)踐性質(zhì),國(guó)際商務(wù)法律文本制定呈現(xiàn)國(guó)際化趨勢(shì),法律術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯多有不對(duì)等現(xiàn)象,這些都對(duì)法律譯者主體的身份提出新的要求。商務(wù)法律譯者"共同起草人"(co-drafter)身份定位具有合理性,從《中華人民共和國(guó)海商法》英譯本中的"船舶優(yōu)先權(quán)"和"船舶置留權(quán)"的誤譯,可以看出我國(guó)法律譯者認(rèn)識(shí)自身作為法律"共同起草人"的必要性。
[Abstract]:Legal translation itself has the nature of national practice, the international trend of international business legal texts development, legal terms translation often have unequal phenomenon, all of these put forward new requirements on the status of legal translators. The position of "co-drafter" (co-drafter) of the translator of business law is reasonable, and the misinterpretation of "maritime lien" and "lien on ship" in the English translation of Maritime Law of the people's Republic of China (PRC). It can be seen that it is necessary for Chinese legal translators to understand themselves as "co-drafters" of law.
