【摘要】：法律文化由法律觀(guān)念和法律價(jià)值體系組成,缺少法律文化就意味著缺少精神和靈魂,法律制度就很難發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的作用。法律文化建設(shè)具有為法治建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ)、維護(hù)國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)治久安、提升我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力以及將中國(guó)建設(shè)為文化大國(guó)等功能。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)法律文化建設(shè)的困境是法律價(jià)值體系的混亂。走出困境的出路則是:整合現(xiàn)有價(jià)值體系,提出獲得人們廣泛認(rèn)可的、包容性強(qiáng)的法律價(jià)值體系;形成支撐現(xiàn)代強(qiáng)國(guó)的法律觀(guān)念;約束政府權(quán)力,形成良好的政治體制。
[Abstract]:Legal culture is composed of legal concept and legal value system. The lack of legal culture means a lack of spirit and soul, and the legal system is difficult to play its due role. The construction of legal culture has the functions of laying a foundation for the construction of the rule of law, maintaining the long-term stability of the country, promoting the comprehensive national strength of our country and building China into a large cultural country. At present, the dilemma of legal culture construction in China is the confusion of legal value system. The way out of the dilemma is to integrate the existing value system, to put forward the widely accepted, inclusive legal value system, to form the legal concept to support the modern powerful country, to restrain the government power and to form a good political system.
