【摘要】：法庭話語標(biāo)記語all right是庭審參與人對法律程序、機構(gòu)權(quán)力、心理動機等多種語境因素做出的動態(tài)順應(yīng),它具備肯定、強調(diào)或提醒關(guān)注、提示話輪轉(zhuǎn)換、打斷話語和緩和面子威脅等五種元語用功能。文章主要對all right在法庭審判話語中的動態(tài)順應(yīng)進行了分析,認為這五種元語用功能在不同庭審參與人話語中的分布頻率存在較大差異。
[Abstract]:Court discourse marker all right is the dynamic adaptation of court participants to various contextual factors, such as legal procedure, institutional power, psychological motivation, etc.There are five meta-pragmatic functions, such as interrupting utterance and mitigating face threat.This paper mainly analyzes the dynamic adaptation of all right in courtroom discourse, and concludes that the distribution frequency of these five metaphorical functions in the discourse of different court participants is quite different.
