【摘要】：我國(guó)在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系下推行工傷保險(xiǎn)法律制度的時(shí)間較短,在許多方面有待改進(jìn),在健全完善我國(guó)工傷保險(xiǎn)制度的過程中,借鑒美國(guó)在此方面的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)為我所用,是推進(jìn)我國(guó)工傷保險(xiǎn)制度建設(shè)的過程中值得探索的一條路徑。文章基于中美比較法的視角,提出了完善我國(guó)工傷保險(xiǎn)制度的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Under the socialist market economy system, our country has been carrying out the legal system of industrial injury insurance for a short time and needs to be improved in many aspects. In the process of perfecting and perfecting China's industrial injury insurance system, we should draw lessons from the experience of the United States in this respect. It is a path worth exploring in the process of promoting the construction of industrial injury insurance system in China. Based on the perspective of Sino-American comparative law, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the industrial injury insurance system in China.
