【摘要】：清代法制在中國封建社會中具有典型意義,它繼承歷代治理邊疆的政策并加以積極拓展,將邊疆少數民族的事務納入法制管理的軌道。文章從清朝對新疆地區(qū)的法律治理中總結出法制統(tǒng)一、從俗從宜,將兩種不同的法文化進行整合的法制經驗,對于現今社會治理仍然具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The legal system of the Qing Dynasty is of typical significance in the feudal society of China. It inherits the policy of governing the border areas in the past dynasties and actively expands it. This paper sums up the unification of legal system from the legal administration of Xinjiang area in the Qing Dynasty, and the legal experience of integrating two different legal cultures from the vulgar view. For today's social governance still has reference significance.
