【摘要】："三角大火"事件是美國迄今傷亡人數(shù)最多的工業(yè)災(zāi)難,也是美國進(jìn)步主義運(yùn)動(dòng)中的一座里程碑;其因其果無不與美國工業(yè)化緊密聯(lián)系。從起因上看,"三角大火"事件是美國傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)運(yùn)行機(jī)制與工業(yè)化時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展不相適應(yīng)的結(jié)果。它的發(fā)生暴露了當(dāng)時(shí)美國社會(huì)觀念偏頗、企業(yè)主貪婪無度、政府社會(huì)控制失當(dāng)、勞工法律保障機(jī)制缺失等一系列社會(huì)痛點(diǎn)與制度盲區(qū)。就后果而言,這場災(zāi)難沖擊了"財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)至上"觀念,促成了政府主導(dǎo)下的多元社會(huì)力量合作修法的局面。災(zāi)后美國勞資關(guān)系法律調(diào)控制度的初步建立,在一定程度上調(diào)整了社會(huì)階層間的法律關(guān)系,并在體制層面上為化解社會(huì)沖突,提高社會(huì)整合度,保障經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展提供了根本措施,也為美國政府與社會(huì)在大蕭條時(shí)期應(yīng)對(duì)更加嚴(yán)峻的社會(huì)問題提供了經(jīng)典范例。
[Abstract]:"The triangle fire incident is the United States has the largest number of casualties of industrial disaster, a milepost is the American progressive movement; its because of its fruit are closely linked with the industrialization of the United States. From the origin point of view," the triangle fire incident is the rapid development of the economy of traditional social mechanism and industrialization period does not adapt to the results it happened at the time of exposure. The concept of American society is biased, business owners greed, government social control labor misconduct, lack of legal system and a series of social pain points and blind system. The consequences of this disaster, the impact of the "property first" concept, contributed to the government under the leadership of the multiple social forces cooperation repair the situation. The initial establishment of legal regulation system of American labor relations after the disaster, to a certain extent, adjustment of the legal relationship between social classes, and at the system level to resolve social impact Suddenly, it provides a fundamental measure to improve the social integration and ensure the rapid development of the economy. It also provides a classic example for the US government and society to cope with the more severe social problems in the great depression.
