【摘要】：兩宋時(shí)期,官員有不少表達(dá)對(duì)殺人祭鬼的治理重視之話(huà)語(yǔ),但實(shí)踐中真正予以治理的例子卻非常少見(jiàn)。通過(guò)借用布爾迪厄的"場(chǎng)域"概念進(jìn)行分析可見(jiàn),此矛盾的一個(gè)重要原因,在于官員的鬼神信仰令其相信并懼怕殺人祭鬼者所可能帶來(lái)的危險(xiǎn)和威脅,因而在司法實(shí)踐中傾向于忽視殺人祭鬼案件的存在。由此可見(jiàn),宋代官員的鬼神信仰確實(shí)會(huì)對(duì)其司法實(shí)踐造成影響。
[Abstract]:During the Song Dynasty, officials expressed a lot of words of attaching importance to the governance of murderers, but the examples of real governance in practice were very rare. Through the analysis of Bourdieu's concept of "field", it can be seen that, An important reason for this contradiction is that the official's belief in ghosts and gods makes them believe in and fear the dangers and threats that may be brought about by those who kill and sacrifice ghosts, so they tend to ignore the existence of cases of killing and sacrificing ghosts in judicial practice. The official's belief in ghosts and gods in the Song Dynasty did have an impact on their judicial practice.
