【摘要】：依法行政不是一個單純的法律問題,還是一個文化問題。中國古代數(shù)千年的文化傳統(tǒng)對依法行政具有重要的影響,形成了思想、生活上的天羅地網(wǎng),特別是文化傳統(tǒng)中的權(quán)、法、情、理、經(jīng)、和等觀念,導(dǎo)致了儒家威權(quán)主義、政策至上思維和泛道德主義等負面因素,要做到依法行政,必須依靠大智慧來消除相關(guān)負面因素,引導(dǎo)群眾堅定對依法行政的信念。
[Abstract]:Administrative law is not simply a legal issue, but also a cultural problem.
