【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),中醫(yī)所謂的"脾"所指的臟器備受爭(zhēng)議和誤解,導(dǎo)致醫(yī)學(xué)工作者(西醫(yī))對(duì)中醫(yī)脾及相關(guān)理論的費(fèi)解;而中醫(yī)工作者以中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論中"脾"不特指具體的解剖部位、而強(qiáng)調(diào)功能的解釋又難以自圓其說(shuō)。本文從解剖學(xué)、經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說(shuō)、"脾"的功能并援以糖尿病和白塞病結(jié)合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究論證,闡述"脾"實(shí)質(zhì)為pancreas,即現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的胰腺,而并非spleen。
