王琦教授從濕熱體質(zhì)論治痤瘡的理論探析

摘要：基于王琦教授“體質(zhì)可分”、“體病相關(guān)”、“體質(zhì)可調(diào)”的體質(zhì)理論，痤瘡的發(fā)病與濕熱體質(zhì)密切相關(guān)，，痤瘡的臨床表現(xiàn)符合濕熱體質(zhì)特征，痤瘡的病機(jī)要點(diǎn)以濕熱體質(zhì)為本，毒瘀痰結(jié)為標(biāo)，主張從濕熱體質(zhì)論治痤瘡。文章在分析痤瘡的臨床特征、發(fā)病的病因病機(jī)與濕熱體質(zhì)相關(guān)性的基礎(chǔ)上，佐以王琦教授從清熱利濕干預(yù)濕熱體質(zhì)論治痤瘡的病例加以說(shuō)明，從而顯示出辨體論治在治療痤瘡中的臨床優(yōu)越性和指導(dǎo)意義。

Theoretical investigation of professer WANG Qi treating acne based on the

damp-heat constitution

Abstract: Based on the theory of “constitution can be divided”,“body disease-related”and“physical adjustable” of

Professor WANG Qi, the pathogenesis of acne and damp-heat constitution closely related, the clinical manifestations of acne accord with damp-heat constitution features ,the pathogenesis of acne based on hot-humid constitution and manifested by poison,stasis and phlegm together, and claims the point of view that treating acne should be from the damp-heat constitution. This paper based on the clinical characteristics, etiloogy and pathogenesis of acne, take the clinical case of professor WANG Qi in treating acne by clearing heat and exerting dampness intervention for damp-heat constitution type, for example, to show the superiority of treating acne based on body constitution and the guiding signi cance to clinical.
