摘 要:甘草及其活性成分能提高吞噬細(xì)胞的吞噬功能、調(diào)節(jié)淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量與功能、抑制 IgE 抗體形成、抗炎癥介質(zhì)及前炎
性細(xì)胞因子,具有抗炎、抗變態(tài)反應(yīng)的藥理活性。甘草黃酮類化合物(異甘草素、異甘草苷、甘草素、甘草查耳酮 A 、光甘
草定、甘草醇等)、甘草多糖和甘草酸是其抗炎、抗變應(yīng)性炎癥的活性成分。其中對(duì)異甘草素、甘草查耳酮A 和甘草酸的抗
炎及抗變應(yīng)性炎癥作用的研究較為深入。綜述甘草及其活性成分的抗炎作用及抗炎機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展。
