文章摘要：目的 總結(jié)和分析針灸治療頸型頸椎病臨床對照試驗中的取穴規(guī)律.方法 制定文獻(xiàn)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及文獻(xiàn)檢索策略,計算機檢索2002-2012年中國期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、學(xué)位論文數(shù)據(jù)庫）、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)光盤數(shù)據(jù)庫（CBM-dics）、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)資源系統(tǒng)（數(shù)字化期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫、學(xué)位論文數(shù)據(jù)庫、會議論文數(shù)據(jù)庫）,篩選出符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的針灸治療頸型頸椎病文獻(xiàn)69篇,對其取穴規(guī)律進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析.結(jié)果 針灸治療頸型頸椎病所用腧穴主要分布于經(jīng)外奇穴、足太陽膀胱經(jīng)、足少陽膽經(jīng)、手太陽小腸經(jīng)、督脈;使用總頻率前十的腧穴依次為頸夾脊、風(fēng)池、天柱、阿是、肩井、大椎、頸百勞、后溪、大杼、肩外俞.結(jié)論 針灸治療頸型頸椎病以循經(jīng)取穴、局部取穴相結(jié)合,穴位多選用頸夾脊、風(fēng)池、天柱、阿是等,主要分布于經(jīng)外奇穴及足太陽膀胱經(jīng),配穴則以辨證取穴為主.

Abstr：Objective To summarize and analyze the laws of point locating in clinical controlled trials of acupuncture treating cervical spondylosis （CS）. Methods According the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria, 69 literatures on acu- puncture in treatment of CS were retrieved out from Chinese Journal Full - text Database （ CNKI）, Chinese Biomedical CD Data- base （ CBM - dics）, Chinese Periodical Full - text Database of Science and Technology, Wanfang Databse Resource System. Results In acupuncture treating CS, Shu - xues were distributed mainly at extraordinary points, Taiyang bladder meridian of foot, Shaoyang gallbladder channel of foot, small intestine meridian of hand - taiyang, governor meridian. The top 10 of sum frequencies of Shu- xues were, by turns, Neck Jiaji （EX- B2）, Fengchi （GB20）, Tianzhu （BLIO）, Ashi, Jianjing （GB21）, Dazhui （GV14）, Jingbailao （EX-HN15）, Huoxi （SI3）, Dazhu （BLll）, Jianwaishu （SI14）. The acupoints used in the qualified literatures spread in all the meridians, extra nerve poin. Conclusion Combination of selecting acupoints a- long meridian and local point selection should be used in acupuncture treating CS. Neck Jiaji, Fengchi, Tianzhu, Ashi and oth- er acupoints are often selected, mainly distributed at extraordinary meridian; matching acupoint selection depends on dialectical method.
